What should I do if the item I received is not what I ordered?

If the item you received is not what you ordered, please notify customer service immediately within 7 days upon receiving the goods.
If I have questions about my order or encounter a problem, can I contact customer service for advice? How can I change or modify my order item after it has been placed? Can I cancel an order that is in "Processing" status after placing it? Is there a cancellation fee? Does the order contain all purchased items? If my order has out-of-stock items, will the entire order be delayed?
