If I have questions about my order or encounter a problem, can I contact customer service for advice? How can I change or modify my order item after it has been placed? Can I cancel an order that is in "Processing" status after placing it? Is there a cancellation fee? Does the order contain all purchased items? If my order has out-of-stock items, will the entire order be delayed?

If there are out-of-stock items in your order, we will replenish them immediately, and the entire order will be delayed by one day, please include more. If an item is sold out and cannot be restocked, we will refund the undeliverable item.
