How should I prepare parcel for return?

1. Click here to register your parcel for Qdelivery "QX Next Day Delivery" service. Logistics shall try two (2) attempts during two (2) consecutive services day.
2. The weight of the parcel must not exceed 30 kg. The maximum of the parcel size must not exceed 300 cm, and the largest dimension of the parcel may not exceed 150 cm.
3. Your pick-up address may not falls under the Non-serviceable Area List. Service days are from Mondays – Saturdays except Sundays & Public Holidays. The Parcel must be ready before the designated date and time slot.
4. Additional charges
If parcel is heavier than the paid shipping rate, an additional fee should be charged (exclusive of GST). Size surcharge shall be applicable if sum of each sides of the parcel exceeds 120 cm. Charges to be made via Qpay. Please refer to the additional charges below:
