If the product has manufacturing defects, you can apply for a product return. The return must meet the following conditions:
1. Within 7 calendar days from the date of product delivery.
2. The product packaging, accessories, gifts, and instruction manuals are intact.
3. The product shows no signs of human-induced damage.
4. The product has not been used and does not affect resales.
