Can I request delivery by a specific time?

The courier we work with are currently unable to offer the option to choose the delivery time, in order to ensure that customers can obtain more economical shipping fees.
How long is the delivery time for local and international orders? When will my order be processed and be shipped? How to check the order status? Can I track my package? How to get tracking information? How to check the delivery status? How is the shipping cost of an order calculated? What should I do if my package shows as delivered, but I didn't receive it?
